    Collexe Enterprise Service team practice focuses on fundamental business issues, managing design architecture, increasing business profitability, controlling costs that organizations, across various industries, should address in order to help them flourish.
     
    We help companies to reveal business issues inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and model the pattern & practice to optimize the strategic goal for productive or work excellence of the customer.
     

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify business opportunities, potential clients, VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable account
    • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within Indonesia
    • Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business strategies
    • Responsible to develop and execute business plan for software distribution
    • Ability to provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
    • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
    • Capable of nurturing and expand the company's relationship with the major customer accounts
    • Travel to customer locations & other events as needed in support of sales efforts
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Management/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology
    • With minimum of 2 years of sales (product or solution sales and strategic) selling experiences
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
    • Active performer with consistent sales achievement within the defined geographic territory
    • Individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency in line with company mission, and willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed & resourceful
    • Ability to work in a team environment & poses with entrepreneurial spirit
    • Preferably manager / assistant managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
    • Essential experience & domain(s):
      • Enterprise Software Package & Professional Services
      • Background in Academic or Education Management
      • Software Solution & Project Experience
      • Business intelligence & Performance Analytic
    • Full-Time position available only
